This HUGE Rustic Wooden World Map is a unique piece for your home or office! White hand painted map is sealed onto a rustic wood base.
The wood has been sanded smooth, stained in a walnut brown, painted & distressed by hand for that perfect rustic touch
The world map shown in the photos measures: huge! 60 inches long by 36 inches high
The World Map has brass plated tooth hangers on the back for easy hanging!

Shipping from Canada
ALL ORDERS will be sent to the ETSY mailing address on your etsy receipt...please ensure that your address is correct
Please read shop announcement for current production times. We will ship CUSTOM "made to order" orders once the timeframe noted in the shop announcement is complete or what was discussed between the seller and the buyer.
CANADA/USA: Please check individual listings for shipping fees. If purchasing more then 1 item, shipping for each additional same size items is FREE for CANADA/USA shipments. We would ask that you please email me with the items you are interested in for a combined price quote prior to purchase if you are unsure. Any shipping discounts will be manually credited to you. All my products (except prints) are shipped by Canada Post expedited parcel along with a tracking number
INTERNATIONAL: some particular countries currently have size limits imposed by Canada Post, I would ask that you please e-mail me with any questions. Also buyers are responsible for any possible customs/taxes/duty fees

Returns and exchange details
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:
**Please read the current production time in the SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT** We are unable to refund or cancel an order for not processing an order faster than what is stated as the production time, unless we had agreed to a "need by" date prior to you purchasing the listing.
Each and every item is handmade to order unless noted as a "ready to ship" item . We have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any order, you must contact us via Etsy Message within 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hours includes Saturday, and Sunday. After 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is our cancellation policy no matter what item you are purchasing, and no matter what the reason is for canceling. We order the materials and start orders almost immediately after purchase. Since we are a handmade, made to order shop, the restocking fee is a must. Note that if we have already packaged your item, we cannot issue a cancellation.
RETURNS:
You must contact us within 2 days after you receive the product in order for your return to be accepted. If it has exceeded 2 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. After 7 business days has passed, we will not accept returns on any item. If your return is authorized, you will be liable for return shipping and for the cost of shipping that we paid to ship the item to you. We will show you the proof of charges, and you will be liable for that full amount. If there is any visible damage as a result of shipping, we will refuse the delivery as "damaged" and you would be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. The item would be sent back to you and you would not receive your refund. You would be liable for collecting the funds through the shipping carrier that you used, since they damaged the item during transit. If using your own method we suggest purchasing insurance from the shipping company. Your refund will be contingent upon you shipping the item and all hardware back to us, and it arriving in like new condition with no shipping damage.
LOST SHIPPING:
Most of our products are insured - anything shipped in a small envelope is not insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and BROKERAGE FEES: International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in the country, as I have no control over this.

We absolutely accept custom orders from customers although there are times when I am very busy and won't accept custom order in a certain time frame...please email for more information :)
